Don’t Panic!! Figure your way out!
I want you to remember my previous post about being thrown into the deep end of the swimming pool while not being able to swim well. I’m sure some of you could imagine what I felt during that moment, but what I want you to think about are the times you felt like you have been pushed into the deep end of life. The entire world is dealing with Covid-19 and it has turned our world upside down. How are you handling it?
Experts say that the #1 reason a person drowns is that they panicked. Your natural inclination is to think about your inability to swim which leads to fear and panic. The focus is on an inability and not on thinking your way out of the situation.
How many of you are looking at the dire situation you are currently in and have panicked? Once you begin to operate from a position of panic, rational thinking leaves. Yes, the situation is real and overwhelming, but you can survive, I promise you! The job you may have loss is just A source, not THE source. This is the perfect time for you to take a look at your skills and find a way to monetize them for yourself as an entrepreneur. The push into the deep could have been the thing needed to catapult you into your greatness.
It’s scary, but you must do it afraid. Don’t panic, I promise you can survive if you remain calm and think your way out!
Outstanding advice. Even strong people have to remind themselves to remain calm in order to survive.
